Privacy Policy
This policy sets out what Frontier Business Funding collects when you apply for funding, why we collect it, and what happens to it afterwards.
What we collect: what you type into the application — your name, the business name, contact details, how long it has traded and roughly what it turns over — together with the ordinary technical information any browser sends, such as an IP address and which pages were opened.
Why we collect it: to put your application in front of the lenders in our network most likely to fund it, and so that a funding specialist can talk you through what comes back. We do not sell your information to parties unrelated to that purpose.
Consent to be contacted: submitting the application is consent to be contacted about it by phone, text and email, including by automated dialing, at the numbers and addresses you give us. That consent stands even if a number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us so on the number on this site.
Children: this site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe we hold information about a child, contact us and it will be deleted.
Your choices: you may ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time, on the number on this site.
Advertising, remarketing and sharing with LendSeek
This site carries the Google Ads tag. When you visit, Google sets a cookie in your browser that records the visit: the pages you viewed, when, and an identifier for your browser. It does not record the name, phone number, email or answers you give in the application.
Frontier Business Funding works with LendSeek (lendseek.com), a business funding company. LendSeek uses those records, through its Google Ads account, to show you ads for business funding on other websites and apps. Under California law that may be "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and some other states treat it as targeted advertising.
You can opt out on Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. This site also honors Global Privacy Control: a browser that sends it is opted out automatically. You can also manage how Google uses your data at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
